Portis One of the best downtrodden electronic records I've ever heard. I've owned this for a long time. When an artist (duo) can maximize the effect with compositions such as these with surprisingly minimal means, it's amazing. So deep. So careful. Greensland seems to be close to collapsing in on itself. Other segments bear power from medium means. Yet others evoke a trance state from depth and repetition. The union of sounds and the consequence is incredible. Favorite track: creshiem.
